The role of the Client Partner- Customer Success is to be the end-to-end leader for some of the biggest and most strategic Innovaccer customers across their lifecycleYou will be responsible for owning a small portfolio of top key accounts in the post-sales stages (implementation, adoption, and growth)You will also be responsible for managing and developing Innovaccer's relationships with those customers at the executive level while navigating complex organizational structures through the onboarding, implementation, and support phasesManage and grow relationships and constant touch-points with senior customer executives (VP+) for the accountsIdentify and communicate opportunities for customers and realize value generated from Innovaccer's products and servicesResponsible for the farming and growth of accounts and strategic account managementBenefits
