Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging serviceBook and enter room reservation requests using the Property Management SystemEnter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as requiredTake ownership of the caller’s request and ensure follow-up according to the hotel’s standardsReview daily arrivals and audit duplicate reservations, special requests (such as connecting, nearby, etc.). Communicate with Front Office/Guest Services team to ensure requests are followed throughUpdate reservations ensuring a flawless check-in and check-out processEnsure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilitiesLiaise with Sales and other departments as requiredAnswer telephone and email inquiries in a timely mannerQualifications:
