Previous experience in a sales role is requiredPrevious experience in Senior Housing or Hospitality is preferred but not requiredThe ability to meet and maintain occupancy and other sales goalsProfessional communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop associatesComputer skills, including Microsoft Office and lead management softwareMust have the ability to work well under stress, complete assignments accurately, work independently, and manage time effectivelyHigh degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethicsStrong management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team settingMust possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license to drive on company time as neededResponsibilities
Work closely with the corporate office to develop and execute the overall marketing and sales plan for the communityIncrease and maintain occupancy levels and revenue production of the communityBuild and maintain partnerships for community outreach and lead generationComplete presentations and tours with prospects and subsequently close salesDevelop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources in the areaPlan and coordinate large activities for residents and prospective residentsCoordinate community advertising with the Home Office marketing teamServe as manager on duty at the community as assignedBenefits
