Taylor Corporation is looking for a
Corporate IT Procurement Sourcing Representative
to join their team!
Your Responsibilities:Respond to tickets and process requisitions from Taylor locations into purchase ordersWill be responsible for the life cycle of the purchase orders they createEstablish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers as well as suppliersGet weekly updates from suppliers on open PO's ship and arrival dates to ensure the system has the most accurate and up-to-date informationBring ideas to management and be able to implement necessary process improvementsOther responsibilities and projects as assigned
You Must Have:High School degree or equivalentExcellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and with all levels of managementA 'can-do' attitude with a strong team player ethicAbility to make business decisions with the care of an ownerAbility to perceive, use, understand, manage, and handle emotions in the business settingGood understanding of business ethics and ability to abide by our policiesAn intellectual curiosity to grow your knowledge of our business and roleDemonstrated proficiency in MS Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
We Would Also Prefer:Bachelor's degree in a business-related field2+ years of experience in a procurement roleWorking knowledge of Oracle Cloud
