The pay range per hour is $26.00 - $44.20.Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and may include education, work experience, and certifications. Property Management (PM) supports new sales-driving initiatives and mitigates excess spend to ensure that our store teams can focus on serving our guests without distraction. PM supports remodel efforts, executes new project sets, and enables efficient front of store and backroom operations to delight our digital guests.As a Property Management Lead, you will gain skills and experience in:Working with vendors and influencing timely completion of their work.Identifying and executing preventative and corrective maintenance on all building assets and equipment.Influencing store teams to ensure project work aligns with PM priorities and financial goals.Working with Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Life Safety Power Systems, and Electrical equipment.Understanding repair versus replace and managing cost.Completing work within compliance standards and Target guidelines.As a Property Management Lead, a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:Knowing the role you play in achieving store sales goals.With PMBP guidance, informing and engaging the team (including new leaders) on PM workload priorities, partnering on various projects, and sharing impacts of store processes on asset maintenance and functionality.Using technology to prioritize daily work orders for the store.Evaluating store brand and ensuring assets and vendor performance meet maintenance standards.Maintaining and repairing assets.Performing proactive asset upkeep as assigned by headquarters.Performing reactive repairs requested by store teams.Executing special projects, remodels, and supporting PM asset or service strategies in partnership with store teams.Ensuring internal and external work orders are completed and vendors are accountable for asset repairs.Evaluating PM candidates for open roles.Ensuring learning objectives are met and behaviors are consistently demonstrated.Helping with the learning of new PM team members.Sharing solutions that drive vendor costs down.Determining areas or individuals to influence and train on proper asset care.Assisting in managing emergency situations as needed in partnership with store and field leaders.Following appropriate safety procedures and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment.Providing service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest.Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and modeling inclusive behaviors.Working in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identifying and correcting hazards; complying with all safety policies and best practices.Leading and demonstrating a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning.All other duties based on business needs.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe might be a great match if:Working in a fun and energetic environment makes you excited.Providing service to our guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!' excites you.Stocking, Setting, and Selling Target product sounds like your thing.You aren’t looking for a Monday through Friday job where you are at a computer all day.The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a Property Management Lead.
