As a Tire Loader you will inspect trailers, manage loading/unloading, maintain workspace safety, and address issues to ensure efficient operations.
What We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma or GEDAt least 3 months of manufacturing experienceDemonstrated stable work historyAbility to lift 55 to 65 pounds repeatedlyFlexibility to work overtime and weekends as neededAvailability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including:7:00 AM - 7:30 PM7:00 PM - 7:30 AMWhat We Offer:

Inspect trailers to ensure they are free of trash, debris, and foreign materials such as nails or screwsExamine trailers for damage, including holes in the roof or sidesReport unsuitable trailers to the Load Controller for rejectionNotify the Load Controller of non-conforming tires or incorrect labels, ensuring one label per pallet is validatedFollow the specification sheet to ensure proper loading patternsPrepare loads, load trailers, treadcode tires, and identify/remove defective tires or unreadable labels throughout the shiftManage and control loads for accurate loading in compliance with contractor requirementsTransport pallets from the staging area to the loading pointComplete off-loading tasks and handle the off-loading/loading of polesMaintain a clean and organized work areaReplace forklift batteries for loader forklifts as neededPerform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
