Responsibilities of the VP of Finance Opportunity:

Own the reporting, internal controls and policy implementation and be accountable for the overall accounting functionThe VP of Finance will ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and forecasting is timely, accurate and in compliance with GAAPAnalyze budgets and forecasts for all Division entities and provide management reports on variances, trends, and control standards and practicesConsult with various departments for projects relating to financial/accounting needsPrepare cash flow analysisThe VP of Finance will provide review and analysis of Land Acquisition ProformasAccountable for the effective management of the Accounting and Finance department including hiring, performance reviews, and budget

Preferred Qualifications of the Vice President of Finance position:

Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or other related degreeCPA designation required5 years of Homebuilding experience10 years of progressive experience in leadership rolesCurious and inquisitive mindsetDetail oriented and project management skills
