BUSINESS MANAGER - Rancho Cucamonga, CA Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest Real Estate developers in the nation, has an immediate opening for an experienced Business Manager for Homecoming at The Resort, a beautiful Lewis community located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Partnering with the community's Community Director, you will effectively co-manage property operations and staff management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, staff supervision, property value, community maintenance and excellent customer service at this beautiful Lewis-owned community.
Duties will include: * Assistant management of the Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping staff* Community budgets, reports and bookkeeping* Vendor management* Hiring, motivation, monitoring, and rewarding of employees* Ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction* Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) required, and experience in OneSite or similar property management software is highly desired

To be successful, you should have previous experience in apartment/residential property management.
Our best Business Managers have 3+ years of property management experience, with preferably a supervisory background and knowledge of leasing, property budgets, and bookkeeping. Basic understanding of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing, and MS Office skills is also preferred. Management background should include aspects of operations and staff management, including budgets, team coaching, marketing, vendor relations, etc.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ( $29-$32 per hour DOE ), $60 monthly cell phone allowance, annual bonus potential and a variety of medical/dental benefits plans, life insurance, bonus potential and 401k benefits.
