LCRA's Document Management Systems Administration team is looking for an experienced Applications Administrator to join our team. LCRA Digital Services manages and supports key enterprise document repositories: OnBase, Meridian, and AutoDesk Vault. We are seeking an experienced senior administrator to assist with management and support of the environment, in addition to mentoring staff in not only system administration, but also adoption of other software technologies.

Our ideal candidate would need to posses In-depth knowledge and experience with document repositories, including OnBase, a proficiency in managing and configuring those document repositories, a strong understanding of security principles and experience in implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures, In-depth knowledge and experience with network firewall, certificate, and M365 security features, the ability to design and implement effective backup and recovery strategies for the software and the ability to design, implement, maintain, and monitor high-availability systems for business-critical services, strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues related to system performance, configurations, and integrations, understanding and experience in working with records and data management frameworks.

You will be trusted to:

- Install, configure, and upgrade software including OnBase, Meridian, AutoDesk, Adobe, and others- Manage and configure system infrastructure and security policies and procedures- Organize and implement patch management processes to ensure that the systems are up to date with the latest updates and security patches, without disrupting the business processes- Perform capacity planning to ensure that the software portfolio meets current and future requirements- Work collaboratively with other IT professionals, including system administrators, network administrators, and developers. Assist junior administrators with learning and development, as well as troubleshooting and technical guidance- As part of customer service and stakeholder management, conduct needs negotiation and requirements gathering- Solve customer application issues through communication, configuration, and testing- Independently work to schedule and plan workload within a larger team, managing tasks and timelines to meet larger deadlines, while coordinating within a dynamic project- Stay current with emerging software trends and features- Assist with learning and onboarding new technologies with the team

You qualify with:

- Nine or more years of experience in providing troubleshooting, configuration, administration and support for software applications or relevant experience. A degree(s) in computer science, information technology or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
