Summary:
As a
Regional Marketing Manager , you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and other Regional Managers to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies. Your focus will include local consumer engagement, menu planning, promotional strategy, and project management, ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs across retail locations.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:
Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and implement regional retail marketing strategies.Project Management:
Maintain project calendars and master timelines, ensuring timely execution of key events, milestones, and deliverables.Asset Coordination:
Organize and distribute marketing assets, ensuring stakeholders have the materials needed at the right time.Campaign Execution:
Plan, oversee, and report on promotional campaigns for product launches and services.Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (design, editorial, production) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Vendor Management:
Oversee relationships with print contractors and promotional vendors.Data-Driven Insights:
Use market research and performance analytics to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistency in retail branding and promotional materials across all locations.Innovation:
Continuously refine and improve marketing processes and customer engagement strategies.Goals:
Drive traffic to retail stores through strategic programs, increase frequency of shopping for existing customers, devise successful plans to attract new shoppers, and build quality programs that increase purchasing.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or retail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint.Strong project management skills with experience handling cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Knowledge of market research practices and techniques.Experience in the cannabis industry is a bonus but not required.
