Reference #: 9308986 The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine of Jefferson Einstein Hospital Philadelphia is seeking a full time generalist pathologist.The applicant must have an MD/DO degree and be board certified/eligible in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, or in Anatomic Pathology only.Applicants must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Pennsylvania. Applicants with fellowship or experience in liver and/or transplant pathology are preferred, however, those with interest in liver/transplant pathology are also encouraged to apply. Our laboratory processes about 13,000 surgical specimens, 2000 non-gyn cytology, and 40 autopsies a year. An academic appointment at Thomas Jefferson University may be pursued.
