Job Summary

Manage the Stellantis training center day-to-day operations, maintaining assets, such as (but not limited to) training vehicles, equipment, storage and security procedures.

Support Technical Training Instructors throughout the region, including support for school facilities (training vehicles, equipment, storage, procedures).

Participate in and plan a continuous 1-month rolling training schedule, which includes entering the schedules in the Learning Management System (LMS) and closing rosters after every class.

Assist in the review, maintenance and development of curriculum, specific courses and technical education methods (Zoom, Teams, LMS).

Assist in the determination of core competencies, training needs and development of training action plans for dealership staff.

Collaboration with other ATTMs

Conduct regional dealer meetings to promote the training program and requirements

Advocate for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT, Alfa Romeo brands.
Travel to dealerships in the region may be necessary.

Provide technical instruction based on specified service training curriculum for technicians.

ATTM is supported by Technical Training Instructors in each region.
