As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization's daily operations run seamlessly. Your core responsibilities will include:

Client Interaction and Communication:

Effectively communicate to build trust and maintain professionalism with both external clients and internal colleagues, creating a positive experience for everyone involved.Documentation and Administrative Management:

Manage important documents, data, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring smooth information flow and regulatory compliance.Scheduling and Event Coordination:

Manage calendars, appointments, and events, coordinating logistics and ensuring materials are ready for meetings, webinars, and classes.Team Support:

Complete tasks within assigned deadlines, manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, and maintain high accuracy in data entry and document preparation with minimal errors.Communication & Collaboration:

Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from colleagues, clients, and management, communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats, and contribute to a positive team environment.Qualifications

The following qualifications will support your success in this role.

High School Diploma or GED required.Previous administrative experience is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent verbal and communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.Team player with the ability to collaborate with others and work independently.Appointment setting experience preferred.CRM experience preferred.Here’s How We Take Care of our Team

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll make $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
