What you will do
As the Lead Business Operations Analyst on Stryker’s Sustainability Solutions (SSS) team will work closely with the Commercial Operations teams, Sales, Service, Marketing, and our external customers to help drive customer sales and savings. This individual must influence both internal and external customers and positively communicate best practices and lessons learned within the Business Operations Analyst (BOA) team. You will accomplish this by developing strategic partnerships and detailed analysis that will drive business insights and inventory optimization to help drive revenue performance.
Compile monthly/quarterly BOA highlights and dashboards while identifying reporting gaps and assisting developing new tools to enhance tracking and analysis.
Shadow BOA schedule, outline, act, repeat (SOAR) calls to provide feedback, ensure consistency, and share best practices across the team.
Develop and implement scalable processes, best practices, and updated training materials (including BOA and 30/60/90 resources).
Lead new hire onboarding and training, ensuring smooth integration into the team and alignment with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong external relationships to address customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and improve customer experiences through proactive engagement.
Lead monthly schedule, outline, act, repeat (SOAR) calls and ensure clear communication between business stakeholders, sales, and service teams to align on sales and collections strategies.
Identify and execute "switch-to" strategies and DNR optimization within assigned territories to maximize customer value.
Leverage tools like SAP and Salesforce to manage order generation, resolve issues, and track customer interactions.
Execute 30-60-90 training plans for new field members and educate sales personnel on ordering processes.
Analyze and relay customer buying trends and revenue gaps while meeting or exceeding key performance metrics (KPIs/KPOs).
Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement new applications and technologies that drive business growth. Collect and analyze data concerning customer behavior to understand changing needs and proactively address market trends.
Partner with sales management and supply chain to identify customer opportunity for surplus inventory and act as an advisory partner for customers. to create ease of business within ordering and inventory management.
What you need
Require
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of work experience in inside sales, supply chain services, healthcare, customer service, analytics, or operations- based work
Experience working in MS Office Suite with experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint required
Advanced knowledge of an ERP Sales Order module required
Preferred
Previous experience working as a team lead with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner
Demonstrated experience in transforming data into meaningful information with the ability to create and develop custom reports to identify opportunities of improvement
Ability to evaluate and recommend changes to existing business processes
$75,300- $144,800 Max salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
