Gray Residential is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for River Club Apartments (formerly Regency Club Apartments). The community is 400+ units and the Assistant Manager will be highly focused on leasing, customer service, and will also provide support for the Property Manager in areas like accounts payable and resident account management.

An ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience as a Leasing Associate or Assistant Manager or combination of both roles.

Success in this role requires organization, excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and concise and professional communication.

Sales & Leasing

- You must take a relationship sales approach to all prospects. Ability and desire to turn leads into prospects and prospects into residents is required. You must be able to build rapport and maintain a relationship during the sales process and beyond through curated follow-up, a genuine and sincerely helpful personality, and the ability to quickly identify products that fit prospects' needs. Our commission structure is generous.

Technology

Experience in the following is preferred: Key Texting, RealPage, Entrata, Microsoft TEAMS/Outlook, KnockCRM, Conservice, and Avid.

Accounts Receivable

- Be an active leader in the role of resident accounts management, delinquency, collections, and tenant ledger accuracy.

Accounts Payable -

Assist with invoice procurement and data entry as needed based on the current needs of the business.

Have the ability to understand and identify proper coding per the budget.

Marketing -

Be an active collaborator with the entire team in content creation including social events, vacant apartment videography, social media posts, strategic outreach marketing, and ILS monitoring along with leasing personnel and Property Manager.
