Fulfill assigned tasks within the team, with some independent project work as neededAct as the liaison between customers and clients, ensuring clear communication and supportSupport fundraising efforts to meet and exceed targetsParticipate in all meetings and workshops to stay aligned with team goalsContinuously seek ways to improve cost-efficiency and customer service standardsRespond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure their needs are metProduce accurate reports on donations and provide weekly updates to the Managing DirectorDevelop exceptional customer service skills that reflect our company standardsWhat We’re Looking For:
