In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents during transportation, while adhering to all established state laws and SilverCrest Bus policies. As a Bus Driver at SilverCrest, you will play a vital role in assisting residents on and off the bus, as well as at their destinations. Collaborating with our Programming staff, you will help facilitate outings and activities, providing our residents with enjoyable experiences outside the facility. You will oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the community's bus, diligently recording all maintenance records for future reference.This position's schedule is part-time, 16-20 hours per week between the hours of 9:30am - 3:30pm. Some evenings and weekends may be required, so flexibility is a must.What you will need:High school diploma or GED is required.At least 2 years of bus driving experience preferredMust have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordCDL license is requiredMust be 18 years of age or older.Benefits Available (must work 35+ hours per week to be eligible):
