CiscoVoIPJob Description:We are seeking a Unified Communications Engineer who is knowledgeable and does not require extensive supervision. The role involves migrating legacy systems to Cisco with a focus on enterprise solutions to minimize the use of multiple machines and systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in WebEx Calling, WebEx Messaging, Cisco technologies, VoIP, and Unified Communications (UC). A deep understanding of Cisco applications and systems, as well as experience in configuring voice gateways, is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with end users are required.Responsibilities:As a staff member, you will work under general supervision as part of various multi-disciplinary teams or on assignments involving complex Clinical and Business Information Technologies. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, enhancing, and testing complex telecommunications systems to support business and clinical operations.Identifying and coordinating new solutions, upgrades, and implementations.Providing support and maintenance for Unified Clinical Collaboration Platforms, Avaya Telephony, Cisco Telephony (CUCM), and Cisco Contact Center (UCCE).Application Process:Interested candidates should email their resume to
