Our Talent Acquisition team plays an important role with potential candidates, who are looking to join our family and work for the world’s greatest outdoor retailer. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our story and employer brand is portrayed accurately and celebrated, so a love for the great outdoors and a strong passion for conservation is key.Ideally, the Talent Acquisition leader will be based at our Base Camp (Headquarters) location in Springfield, MO.Essential Functions:Develop the strategic roadmap for Talent Acquisition, by partnering with cross-functional senior leaders to ensure alignment to company goals and objectives.Create meaningful and measurable goals, that enable accountability within the Talent Acquisition team.Work closely with our recruitment vendors and technology partners on the right solutions to enhance recruitment processes, improve responsiveness and deliver great hiring and candidate experiences.Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver great performance.Preferred Experience/Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience with an emphasis on executive, management, and high-volume recruitment in retail, manufacturing and/or hospitality.
