Row House is seeking an experienced Sales Manager (SM) to oversee sales and operations for our
studio located in West Seattle, WA.Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. It distinguishes itself from other group fitness concepts built on insecurity and competition by creating an environment that raises everyone up so they come together, rowing on the same rhythm, with the same flow and energy. Rowing has long been recognized by serious athletes as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise and Row House's workout stays true to form. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment.POSITION:The ideal Sales Manager will oversee all Sales and Studio Operations.REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of fitness sales experience.Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in salesAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio ownerAbility to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retailExcellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.An affinity and passion for fitness.Solid writing and grammar skills.Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.Proficiency with computers and Studio software.DUTIESLead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and NetworkingImplement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classDrive Membership sales through outside sales and business development effortsManage staff scheduleDirectly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsSupervise Sales RepresentativesHire/Manage all sales at the studioProficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Independently make decisions related to high level customer serviceCollect out-standing duesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studioEnforce Row House policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAny other duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:This position offers a very competitive base salary between $22 to $27 per hour; based on experience & performance.Commission paid on salesOpportunity to bonus, based on performanceUnlimited growth potential as well within the company.
