The Opportunity:As a graphic designer on our team, you'll help your client by providing graphic design and visualization support to intelligence production. Using your comprehensive understanding of graphic design principles, visualization best practices, and needs of our defense intelligence clients, you will help design high-visibility mission-critical infographics, data visualizations, and presentations. You will convert client needs and requirements into graphically innovative digital designs and execute visual communications projects.As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for creativity, concepts, and proposals, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like graphic design, analysis, and communication. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Experience with Adobe CC, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro, Power Point, Word, Publisher, JIRA, SharePoint
Experience with data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographic production
Experience adhering to brand management guidelines
Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with the client to define project requirements and provide process advice for optimal visual communication production
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:12+ years of experience as a graphic designer
Experience as a graphic designer supporting CCMD or component organizations
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with short deadlines
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership
Master's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
