account executive

for new and existing complex clients and will be responsible for managing a portfolio with

greater than $100MM and a minimum of 25 relationships.Establishes and maintains a “trusted advisor” relationship with clients based on knowledgeable advice aligned with their business objectives and lifecycle.Develops and grows new business and builds/maintains strong relationships with prospects.Drives financial performance through profitable revenue and growth, and quality credit.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Achieves individual annual production and growth goals

for loans, deposits, and fees to ensure the company meets its overall financial targets and conforms to credit terms.

Uses the

to track performance.

Initiates and develops new business through outside business development activities.Ensures ongoing contact with new clients to enhance their experience.Develops a comprehensive understanding of the client’s needs based on personal bank business financial data.

to source business development opportunities and demonstrates our commitment to the communities we serve.Builds a

client referral pipeline

via identification and development of internal and external centers of influence.Develops and maintains an

to uncover opportunities to deepen client relationships.Works on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of client information.Makes decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits.Analyzes credit to determine clients' qualifications for borrowing requirements.Maintains follow-up on existing loans to ensure compliance with internal procedures.Researches and studies

economic, industrial, and financial situations

related to existing and new business.Maintains compliance with all

regulations

and applies to designated responsibilities.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and 10+ years of experience in commercial lending or commercial credit underwriting.

Advanced credit analysis and commercial underwriting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Proficiency with personal computers and software like

Word, Excel, and Outlook .Knowledge of the bank’s risk-rating system, credit products, and underwriting policies.

Other Skills & Requirements:

Requires initiative, solid judgment, and strong oral/written communication skills. Must be adaptable under pressure.Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, and write speeches and articles that conform to prescribed styles.Mathematical Skills:
