A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Public Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.Candidates with a master’s degree or a Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.Applicants should possess a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a water utility or a similarly regulated organization.Experience in strategic decision-making, operational management, and regulatory compliance within the utility sector is highly desirable.
