As the Northeast Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of all facilities within the region. Your responsibilities will include managing the Northeast regional operations team, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence and service.
The preferred candidate should ideally be situated within the northeastern region of the United States, ideally positioned between Philadelphia and Hartford, Connecticut.Develop and execute initiatives and programs that align with business objectivesFacilitate communication and coordination between Troon, its sub-brands, and OwnersManage staffing and organizational structure, including performance evaluations and recommendationsAnalyze and report financial results to stakeholdersDrive company-wide initiatives to promote vision and cultureRecommend and implement strategic operational changesOversee operating budgets and forecasts to optimize performance and ensure complianceSupport new business development opportunitiesConduct property reviews and uphold Troon standards for team performance and service excellenceProvide training on Troon operational standards to key personnelQualifications & Preferred Skills:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fieldExperience in hospitality managementWillingness to travel extensively and work flexible hoursStrong leadership abilities, with clear communication and directive skillsExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and direct reportsAnalytical problem-solving skills at both strategic and functional levelsStrong interpersonal and customer relations skillsCommitment to Troon’s company values and organizational developmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Budget and forecast expertise to ensure financial accountabilityStrategic planning abilitiesPlease note that this job description outlines primary responsibilities but is not exhaustive.
