WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHNike’s New Business & Corporate Development team is at the forefront of our global strategy, responsible for identifying, modeling, structuring, negotiating, executing and integrating inorganic opportunities and new business model strategies that drive exponential growth for Nike, Inc. These could include M&A, strategic investments, strategic partnerships and other strategic transactions.You will report directly to the VP of New Business & Corporate Development and partner closely with Nike’s executive leadership team, including:VP, Corporate Finance & TreasurerVP, StrategyCEO & CFOFunctional Enterprise LeadersYour ability to build relationships, align stakeholders, and lead with influence will be critical to your success.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are seeking an experienced Senior Director (as an individual contributor) to join our New Business & Corporate Development team. You will lead the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, execution, and integration of key strategic initiatives that support Nike’s vision and growth goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development, and a proven track record in leading high-impact transactions.You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the company, from the CEO to functional enterprise teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of business strategies. This is a high-visibility role where your contributions will shape Nike’s future.Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of work experience in investment banking, private equity/venture capital, corporate development or related fields.
