You can design a career you’ll love from top to bottom – we give you the tools you need to succeed and the autonomy to reach your goals.We are currently seeking a Director, Business Development, who will act as an experienced sales executive to grow our Advisory, Tax, and Assurance practices in the Texas region.The ideal candidate will work hand-in-hand with Partners and other professionals to identify appropriate target companies; build relationships with qualified C-Level and other decision makers; create and uncover opportunities; coordinate the sales pursuit process; and act as a key advisor and participant throughout the sales cycle. Building and maintaining a strong network of channel partners, referral sources, and centers of influence including business intermediaries and service providers in the commercial and alternative investment space will be of key importance for this position.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:

Develop and maintain prospect lists for existing and new clientsDevelop and execute direct sales programs, set and manage prospect meetings, assist team in preparing for sales calls including appropriate meeting materials, and ensure follow up activities to build successful relationshipsCoordinate relationship building activities with appropriate Partners, engagement managers, subject-matter professionals, and other EisnerAmper personnel on the engagement team(s) in an effort to help ensure they are well advised on important mattersAs appropriate, participate in proposal development, focusing on the EisnerAmper value proposition, key differentiators, and win themesUse various research tools to target companies and prepare sales teams for meetingsUse CRM to track prospect activity and status for pipeline status reportCoordinate with marketing team regarding institutional marketing to support relationship buildingMeet specific business relationship goals at assigned accounts and report and measure progress against quarterly goalsSuccess Metrics:
Increase fee revenueIncrease volume of qualified opportunities and prospect meetingsLead efforts for a more effective, disciplined sales process in the tax departmentMaintain and coordinate referral relationships and track direct referrals from this networkBasic qualifications:
8+ years of demonstrated experience selling professional solutions and servicesBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related fieldPrior experience working in a professional services organizationAdditional preferred qualifications:
