Position Title: Project Manager (Level I or II)O2EPCM, Inc. is a prominent award-winning experienced firm providing Professional, Technical, Consulting and Management Services in the Planning, Design, Engineering and Construction Industry to Local, State, Federal Government Agencies, Utility Companies and Private Clients. We are dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for a variety of projects. We are seeking a Project Manager (Level I or II) to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects.Salary Range: PM I:
$141,000.00 - $148,000.00 PM II: $151,000.00 - $159,000.00Type: Full-TimeMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 5 years (PM I Level) or 10 years (PM II) of project management and concurrent field construction experience.Licensed professional (or demonstrate the ability to obtain license within 6 months of hiring) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).Education background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Effective oral and written communication skills.Work experience in project planning and development.Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.Ability to develop and control project scope.Ability to develop and maintain project budgets.Ability to develop and review project schedules.Skill in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents.Ability to effectively facilitate project team and client meetings.Ability to effectively negotiate and prepare change orders.Ability to effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges.Ability to set and manage project expectations.Must be knowledgeable in CEQA/NEPA.Experience in infrastructure projects such as stormwater quality, diversion, and drainage projects.Experience in transportation infrastructure projects such as airports, roadways, bikeways, pedestrian walkways, and bridge projects.Desirable Experience:Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Job Order Contracting (JOC), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), Deferred Maintenance/Refurbishment projects, and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project deliveries.Knowledge of Envision.Knowledge of Public Contracting Code and familiarity with County practices.Knowledge of Greenbook and CSI.Knowledge of CEQA.Experience with scheduling software using P6 and/or Microsoft Project Online.Application Process:Please submit the following if you move forward in the submission process:Most updated resumeCertifications or Licenses obtained3-4 Professional ReferencesProject List with values, dates, and company of any projects workedEmployee Benefits:NO PER DIEM.
