Key Role:
Assume responsibility for Facility Security, Force Protection, Executive Protection, and Global Travel and Safety programs focusing on both external world events and the internal business insights. Assist senior leaders and report to the Chief Security Officer to make critical decisions associated with the protection of people, assets, and reputation. Meet the firm’s Duty of Care to ensure the over 31,000 employees are safe while working in firm facilities and on business travel or deployment. Lead facility security, including physical security countermeasures, Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and access control, and uniformed officers and force protection for approximately 100 firm locations, including cleared facilities. Oversee the Business Assurance Office and ensure compliance with the firm’s crisis response, business continuity planning, and people recovery policies and processes. Oversee Booz Allen’s Global Travel and Safety programs, managing the firm’s high- and elevated-risk travel and deployment program and processes. Manage effective and agile facility secure space approaches, developing a centralized physical, technical, and construction security program.Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience with security in public or private sectors, with a focus on physical and technical security, business assurance, and emergency operations.Experience leading comprehensive executive and protective security support.Experience developing and overseeing secure facility accreditations, force protection, and construction security programs.Experience interacting with law enforcement on a variety of situations, including violent and non-violent crimes, public safety, facility and utility failures, fire and intrusion alarms, and traffic-related matters.Experience balancing mission needs with effective, optimized programs and resources while responsibly managing the budget.Knowledge of Intelligence Community and DoD security policies and requirements.Ability to successfully lead organizational change related to security operations and be recognized as a thought leader in security policy and operations.TS/SCI clearance.Bachelor’s degree.Additional Qualifications:
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.Master’s degree.Clearance:

The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
