We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Communications and Public Relations to join our team at LiquidAgents Healthcare. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance our brand visibility, reputation, and engagement within the healthcare staffing sector.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic communications plan to promote the company’s services, mission, and values across various platforms.Serve as the primary media contact and spokesperson for the organization, managing relationships with healthcare industry journalists and influencers.Create compelling content including press releases, blog posts, case studies, and white papers to position LiquidAgents Healthcare and StaffDNA as a thought leader in healthcare staffing.Oversee the planning and execution of PR campaigns to support business development initiatives and recruitment efforts.Collaborate closely with senior leadership, operations, and sales teams to align communication strategies with business objectives.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and risks, adjusting strategies as needed.Manage crisis communications and issues management, ensuring timely and effective responses.Track and analyze media coverage and PR metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality work and achieve departmental goals.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications within the healthcare industry, preferably in healthcare staffing or related sectors.Strong understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and issues impacting staffing solutions.Proven track record of successfully developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies.Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills; ability to craft messages for different audiences and platforms.Demonstrated experience managing media relations, including pitching stories and securing coverage.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans.Crisis communication experience and the ability to navigate sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and media monitoring tools.The Director of Communications and Public Relations role is essential to the company’s success.
