This team acquires new vacation rental listings and coaches them to improve listing presentation and performance. In this role, your expertise and passion for innovative and impactful marketing campaigns, will improve the experience of millions of travelers and travel partners each year.In this role, you will:Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns focused on VR partners who list on Expedia.com.Test and iterate on creative assets and messaging to maximize effectiveness.Create segment-specific strategies with supporting creative briefs, analytics requests, operations briefs, asset specs, and readouts.Understand performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns in real-time (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, engagement).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with business goals and execute campaign strategies.Experience and qualifications:5+ years in marketing, preferably in marketing automation and campaign management.Consistent track record of working in a results-driven environment accountable to meet growth targets.Experienced in using data and experimentation to address business needs with an understanding of marketing lifecycle management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and results to diverse audiences.Self-motivated individual who thrives in a complex organization, identifies opportunities, acts decisively, and adapts to evolving market and organizational requirements.* This role is not eligible for a relocation assistance.* Hybrid work model: employees will be expected in the respective office (Austin or Chicago) 50%.The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $74,000.00 to $103,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $118,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
