WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Work in tandem with the Market Manager in the territory (planning, pricing, promotion, retail and KPI execution with the wholesaler) in this specialized positionSecure and expand distribution in assigned account baseOverarching role to cover the entire On-Premise territory (planning and programming with the Wholesaler) with direct call point responsibility of the top 100 accountsAbility to overcome objections, ask for the sale and submit an accurate orderAbility to recognize, respond and communicate sales opportunities and threatsAbility to pre-plan sales, territory and account specific objectives towards sales quotas and distributionsMaintain weekly pre-plan for assigned territoryAdhere to federal, state and company regulations that govern our industryFollow up on customer issues and concerns and follows through on customer commitmentsCreate, maintain and update master sales route lists which include buyer information, sales call times, call back timesMaintain a sales and display kit with all the necessary pricing, sell sheets, samples and point of sale materialDevelop and maintain positive relationships with On-Premise accountsAssist customers with new product placement, promotions, & sales trendsExhibit discipline and resourcefulness to meet/exceed assigned monthly quotas and placement objectivesParticipate in sales meetings and on/off-site trainingsInteract respectfully and maintain communication with inter-company departments, distribution partners (merchandisers and delivery drivers) as well as customers and suppliersFlexibility in hours which may include early mornings, evenings and/or weekendsAdaptability and ability to assist a variety of internal customer groups and varying personality types on a daily basisMonitor inventory to maintain proper amount based on sales trends, promotions, seasonal changes, and new product placementAvailability for assistance outside of Chicago proper with the On-Premise via planned Crew Drives and market blitzes (at the Sales Director discretion)Utilize point of sales materials while securing 3 pieces of POS to go along 3 flavors / PODs per accountPrioritize bar staff trainings per month to ensure accounts that don't allow POS and visibility to raise advocacy, awareness, and trial of the portfolioCollaborate with the Carbliss Marketing team to cross-functionally activate initiatives available or created throughout the On-PremiseSecure menu listings throughout territoryImplement mixology specials at identified accountsPlan and execute product samplings in On-Premise accountsWHAT WE VALUE
