Responsible for strategic coordination and execution of day-to-day administrative and customer service activities for assigned accounts, and capable of resolving complex customer service problems, showing the ability for critical thinking and thought process in taking the next step in the best interest of the client, carrier partner and IOA.What You’ll Do:Maintain high degree of technical competence and industry/market expertiseExercise discretion and independent judgment to ensure beneficial outcomes for clients and IOADirect day-to-day activities and workflow assigned to administrative, customer service and/or account management team which includes delegation and prioritization of assignment/task, communication on performance expectations, and monitoring execution to ensure performance requirements and timelines are metAssist in monitoring team performance to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards are met, recommending corrective actions to Management when appropriateManagement and execution of a variety of customer service and value-added service requests/inquiries including but not limited to: account activity; policy administration and insurance placement; billing activity; claims administration; coverage/loss analysis; contract review for insurability; review policy forms and endorsements; review audits; identify errors and facilitate corrective actions; Certificates of Insurance; Evidences of Property; and Cancellation/ReinstatementsManage policy expirations for existing clients and works proactively to ensure appropriate actions are taken to facilitate renewals and ensures all new and renewal insurance policies are bound, billed and issued accurately and delivered to the Client/Insured within required timeframeManage policy renewal process in conjunction with AM, AE and/or Producer, including but not limited to:Conducting client research and gathering complete underwriting informationConducting Loss Run AnalysisPreparing complete and accurate submissions including Acord applications and/or supplemental forms; sending out to market and/or performing Online Rating as requiredEvaluating and negotiating coverages and pricingPreparing and presenting ProposalsBinding coverage and complying with any subjectivity(ies) as required by carrier, Surplus Lines Association and/or IOAPreparing and executing Premium Finance Agreements, when applicableDiligent follow up for Policy IssuanceReview all policies, identifying and notifying AE or Producer of any discrepancies and ensuring that all necessary changes are submitted to and issued by the carrierMaintaining accurate and complete policy transaction detail, schedules and Summaries of InsuranceMonitor Accounts Receivables reports and take action on any delinquent accounts along with collecting outstanding balances dueMaintain agency management system, other agency supported systems and carrier/vendor online platforms, ensuring all data entered is complete, clearly presented and well-documented, accurate, and up-to-dateMonitor and maintain activity/suspense, taking necessary action to ensure completion within required time frameMaintain frequent, transparent communication with account team regarding individual and team client service and policy administration activities, ensuring that the AE, Producer and/or Management is fully informed of workload status, questions, concerns and/or any errors, discrepancies or changes as it relates to the account and their insurance policies and facilitates appropriate/corrective actionsDeliver excellent service at all times, including proactively anticipating needs, maintaining frequent and professional communication, and responding quickly to service requestsContinually stay abreast of all company policies and procedures to ensure good knowledge, execution and compliance of standard operating proceduresContinually seek to improve individual and team performance, including identifying, communicating and adopting best practicesLive and champion IOA core values at all times, demonstrating the highest level of personal character, integrity, and servant leadershipRegular and consistent attendance is expected, and a necessary component to the jobPerform other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of account management experience;
