Job Details:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Sales Director for the Senior Living sector in the Medical industry. This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and drive the sales strategy for our senior living communities. The Sales Director will be responsible for meeting or exceeding budgeted occupancy, improving sales productivity, and providing leadership to the sales team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our company and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed occupancy goals and revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering an environment of accountability and excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, families, and referral sources.
Conduct market analysis to understand local competition, develop counter-strategies, and identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Ensure a seamless transition for new residents from the initial sales process through move-in.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, utilizing CRM systems to track sales activities and customer information.
Act as a representative of the company in industry associations and trade shows.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of the senior living industry, including regulatory requirements, competitive landscape, and best practices.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to understand market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
