Our client is a growing semiconductor company located in the heart of Silicon Valley. This organization has 400+ employees globally and is looking for an experienced Global Payroll Manager to support the end-to-end process. This position will have no direct reports.PAY:
$115,000 - $185,000Location:
100% onsite in Santa Clara, CASCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, must support global payroll as needed.TYPE:
Direct HireThe ideal candidate:Proficient with ADP, UKG, and Workday.Supported similar size (300+ employees).Experienced with international payroll.Prior startup experience required.The benefits:10 PTO days18 HolidaysBonus OpportunitiesHealth, vision, and dental insuranceMultiple 4-day Holiday WeekendsResponsibilities:Preparation and processing of semi-monthly payroll for growing US headcount around 200 employees, presently using the ADP payroll platform.Review, process, and manage monthly payroll for growing global headcount around 200 employees & contractors in 10 different countries with third-party payroll vendors, and maintain all related records.Process and maintain payroll information for time off requests and employee transactions such as timesheets, direct deposits, leave of absences, garnishments, new hires, terminations, and domestic partner processing.Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits and review to ensure data integrity.Process off-cycle payroll checks as needed.Research and resolve, on a timely basis, payroll-related questions from employees and managers.Review, reconcile, and fund 401k contribution and loan data in Fidelity.Review, reconcile, and submit Eligibility and Deduction Report.Participate in finance/accounting-related projects that incorporate payroll data.Verify and process bonus and quarterly stock payments.Assist with all payroll-related compliance such as year-end statements, non-discrimination preparation, and regular audits.Skills:Global PayrollUKGWorkdayADPStock PaymentReconciliationInternational PayrollPayroll ProcessingPayroll - 50 - 500Payroll TaxBenefit AdministrationPayroll ComplianceStock AdministrationW-2 End of YearQualifications:Years of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
