Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsAttend hearings, depositions, and trialsNegotiate with opposing counsel to settle casesProvide counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and optionsMaintain accurate and up-to-date case filesQualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in HIMinimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and fire litigationExcellent written and verbal communication skills
