As a Talent & Culture Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting the growth and development of our Home Office team. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, serving as the initial point of contact for Talent & Culture-related inquiries within the home office, and contributing to the coordination of training, recruitment and compliance initiatives. Your proactive approach and commitment to cultivating an inclusive culture will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our talent and organizational programs. 30% Bethesda Executive Office:
Administrative support including direct support for key executives as assigned, home office and virtual cultural events and communication. Office Management:
Responsibility for the Bethesda home office to include but not limited to; office maintenance, IT requests, office supplies, F&B pantry restocking, watering plants, setting up and maintaining shared workspaces and management of incoming and outgoing mail/packages. Individual Recognition:
Support individual recognition for performance and milestone celebrations. 30% SVP, T&C Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Talent & Culture (SVP, T&C), including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. Expense Management:
Monitor and reconcile expenses for the SVP, T&C, ensuring compliance with company policies. 15% Management Development Program (MDP):
Recruiting and program management coordination support. 15% Talent Management Program Support:
Including talent acquisition reporting, schedule coordination, talent review and team member engagement. 10% Learning & Development Project Support:
Including program coordination, reporting and communication. Qualifications
Proven experience in providing administrative support within a Talent & Culture or HR setting, preferably within the hospitality industry. Extremely detailed and organized with excellent communication skills. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions. Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships cross-functionally. Trustworthy with strong business integrity and ability to hold sensitive information in confidence. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules while maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Highly collaborative with a passion for exceeding expectations. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (GMail, Doc, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Administration, or a related field preferred.
