Responsibilities
The ideal person would be an experienced and fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be working closely with the founders to explore cutting edge applied machine learning and LLM techniques for building AI Agents in production.Must have Skills
Ability to learn fast and work in a team effectively.First principles thinker with solid problem-solving skills.Willing to understand or familiar with LLM architecture and dev tooling.Proficient at writing production-level code in Python or similar interpreted languages.Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps platforms.Experience with open source LLMs such as Mistral, LLAMA, BERT, etc.Experience with scientific computing packages such as Numpy/Scipy, Jupyter, Pandas, etc.Experience with distributed computation frameworks such as Spark, Flink, PyTorch.Good to have
Prior experience in LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and/or prompting.Background in building AI agents with or without Reinforcement learning.
