is recruiting for the following opportunity:Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity within a booming practice. Responsibilities include preparation & prosecution of patents, litigation, opinions, portfolio management, and due diligence. Work involves high profile clients and sophisticated projects. For an attorney, the mix and nature of prosecution and/or litigation work will depend upon experience.The practice encompasses a diverse array of hardware and software technologies including industrial and consumer electronics, analog and digital circuits, chip architecture, wireless telecommunications, enterprise applications, network security, network protocols, databases, web and cloud services, operating systems, and software user interfaces. Client assignment and responsibility will depend upon your technical expertise and experience relating to prosecution and/or litigation.Requirements:
Attorney Requirements:Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science; JD; state bar, Patent Bar.Must have at least 1 year of full-time patent experience.Agent Requirements:Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science, preferably with a graduate degree and/or prior engineering experience.Must have at least 1 year of patent law experience.Having passed the Patent Bar is absolutely required.Notes for Potential Candidates:
