There is no cold calling. We are looking for an addition to our team who can hit the ground running within 1-2 weeks making sales and earning TOP dollars! Why join our Atlantic team: 50+ year old family owned business with an excellent reputation Leads are PROVIDED Generous compensation package: Base of $50K plus Commission/Bonuses; Expected total pay range - $75-$150k+ Great Benefits Package Vehicle allowance iPhone Bonus/401k Match Paid ongoing training Job Summary: The HVAC salesperson will visit existing customers and prospects to assess their HVAC needs and evaluate the existing heating and cooling situation. Post visit will generate a proposal. The candidate will need to be able to coordinate with homeowners, engineers, architects, builders, and co-workers. Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly ambitious sales professional with HVAC experience and a proven track record. Successful professionals in this role today are tenacious, critical thinkers, and have strong closing skills. This position offers unlimited income potential, without micro management. You will be compensated based on performance. Job Requirements: Valid driver’s license Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s) Basic computer skills (ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Wrightsoft, AutoCAD) Ability to climb stairs and ladders Neat, clean, professional appearance Preferred Experience: Minimum 3 years Sales and Knowledge in HVAC Understands HVAC Systems and can be the expert in customer’s needs Generate and track change orders during projects Ability to read and understand mechanical and architectural plans Ability to perform manual heat loss/gain analysis Previous experience in these software systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Wrightsoft, AutoCAD) Opportunity for bonuses based on individual and company performance Opportunity for profit sharing based on company performance Health, Life, Vacation, Holidays, Retirement Plan For immediate consideration click apply above!
