We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our efforts in expanding market reach and enhancing our brand presence.The Sales and Marketing Director should be an energetic, creative, and driven professional. This role involves overseeing both our Inside and Outside Sales Teams, as well as the Service Parts Team. The Director will also be accountable for key customer accounts, playing a crucial role in shaping and executing our growth strategy. Key responsibilities include ensuring optimal profit margins, managing trade events, overseeing website management, strategizing and launching a Service Parts Web Store, and fostering a positive image with our customers and end users.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategy.Participate, provide input and support development of Marmon-Herrington annual strategy.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage the Inside and Outside Sales Teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Account Management:

Take ownership of major customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Marketing Strategy:

Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, trade events, and expansion of digital marketing efforts.Manage the company’s website and digital presence, including the strategy and launch of new platforms such as a Service Parts Web Store.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor and ensure appropriate profit margins on sales and marketing activities.Prepare and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives.Coordinate Marmon’s month-to-month financial expectations with customer requirements.

Customer Engagement:

Develop strategies to enhance customer perception and improve the overall customer experience.Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a track record of driving growth and managing high-performing teams.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Skilled in web development and graphic programs a plus.Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade events, and other activities at least 30% of the time.Benefits:
