Drive sales and revenue growth for our bioprocessing business unit while developing and executing strategic plans to expand our customer base.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for Purolite Bioprocessing Americas.Identify and target potential customers in the bioprocessing industry and establish relationships to expand our customer base.Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.Utilize strong industry knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our bioprocessing products and services to potential customers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.Represent Ecolab and Purolite Bioprocessing Americas at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and generate new business opportunities.Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.Equal Opportunity Employer
