At least 7 years of sales experience in a closing roleAt least 2 years of experience selling technical products or services in the manufacturing spaceAt least 3 years of experience selling into Fortune 500 companiesAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeHigh proficiency with in-person and virtual presentations with customersProficiency in programs such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeetingCRM experience with Salesforce or similar systemsProspecting and sales planning skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills; written and verbalStrong negotiation skills and results drivenAbility to work well in a fast-paced high growth environmentResponsibilities

Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business for customers primarily in the medical, consumer electronics, industrial, and automotive industriesDeveloping an understanding of customer needs for prototype parts through to production needsDemonstrating the higher value of our offer and growing our share of businessEngaging in constant communication with teammates, internal stakeholders, and customers, while developing a deep understanding of the low-volume manufacturing industry in AmericaSales of technical products and services to Fortune 500 customersStrategic revenue growth of enterprise-level customersInitiating and building relationships with engineering staff, program management, procurement, and executive managementSetting up sales calls for company executives and engineers with prospective clientsQualifying potential leadsWorking with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needsEnsuring data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management systemEnsuring all team members represent the company in the best lightProposing winning solutions and negotiating contract termsParticipating in ongoing training and mentoring programsUnderstanding the company's goal and purpose to enhance the company's performancePerforming all work in compliance with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies, and procedures
