Must be able to handle multiple tasks while meeting simultaneous deadlines. May assist various managers in Division with administrative support.Responsibilities
Requires computer proficiency in various software programs for typing reports, business letters, memorandums, presentations, and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner. Includes some composing and/or transcribing of correspondence.Assist in the preparation and processing of vendor contracts, check requests, expense reports and invoices when required.Organize and maintain a central filing system as well as working files for administrative matters and chronological correspondence.Make photocopies, and file documents as requested.Assist with the coordination and set up meetings and luncheons.Inventory, order and stock all office supplies. Reconcile invoices and allocate charges to the appropriate community.Arrange for the service and maintenance of all office equipment.Inventory and order all stationery items and business cards.Serve as liaison between the Office Equipment Vendor(s) and Division for all office equipment needs (e.g. copier, fax, post-it notes, etc)Perform all other duties as assignedQualifications
Four (4) years of administrative support requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid Drivers License requiredStrong organizational/analytical skillsMaintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is requiredAbility to make decisions and exercise good judgmentExcellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and writtenMust poses basic skills in Microsoft Word & Excel; PowerPoint knowledge a plusTyping 50 wpmMust possess professional attitude to represent company in a positive mannerFollow directions from a supervisorInteract well with co-workersUnderstand and follow posted work rules and proceduresAccept constructive feedbackTeam playerPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing 25 pounds or less. General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $32.24 - $48, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
