Product Owner - SeniorMust have 8 years + of Product Owner experienceWhat you will do:Defining team product backlog of user stories, including backlog prioritization, refinement, and creating acceptance criteria. Providing detailed guidance to the development team for successful product deliveryPartnering with the Product Manager to understand customer needs, pain points, workflows, and priorities to translate into features and user stories.Driving iteration (sprint) goals and content via prioritized user storiesProviding product/domain knowledge that guides, informs, and offers insight into product enhancements, maintenance, and efficiencies.Providing product decisions including functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs); accepts user stories and iteration increments.

What you will need:Strong and relevant experience in an agile/SAFe delivery frameworkProven success working in a highly collaborative environment.Ability to drive process by working through the gray.Ability to navigate team environments utilizing firsthand expertiseOutstanding communication skillsJIRA/Confluence experienceExperience communicating to all levels of leadership.
