What You Will Do: Oversee the daily operations of FIS IBS, and NCR Voyix ensuring system stability, availability, and performance. Manage user access, security roles, and permissions across the enterprise applications. Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality in collaboration with internal operations teams, IT teams, and vendors. Monitor vendor bulletins and other forms of communication about changes impacting our users. Implement, train and otherwise ensure the smooth adoption and use of these changes. Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments, especially regarding specific assigned applications. Work with IT teams to integrate FIS IBS and NCR Voyix with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. Identify opportunities for automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Use professional knowledge, judgement and analysis in making decisions or recommending a course of action that resolves a business need. Provide training and support to internal users on application functionality and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. Liaise with vendors to resolve application issues, plan for upgrades, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Manage contract renewals and compliance for all vendors according to our vendor management procedures. What You Bring:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a focus on operational excellence. Ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences. Strong social and emotional intelligence skills and ability to influence others effectively. Ability to research and identify application issues.
Education Level Education Details Required/Preferred Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science or similar. Preferred
Experience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred 3-5 years Administering Enterprise Applications or working directly with Core Banking applications Required
