POSITION: Sales Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Sales/Marketing
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

Provides administrative, secretarial, and sales support to the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answer telephones for Sales Manager and provide information as needed.
Create, type and file correspondence.
Scheduling appointments as well as coordinating meetings.
Does research on past contracts to assist Sales Manager in preparing for future.
Prepares proposals for special events.
Conducts tours of building for prospective lessees.
Creates files for all potential clients.
Files all completed business and lost business.
Sell quadrants to clients.
Type all event sheets.
Prepare Sales Kits
Enter leads into ACT.
Mail sales packets to all leads.
Assist Sales Manager in returning phone calls, faxing clients, Federal Express, site inspections, filing, and special events (i.e. Business After Hours)
Select and order photos from events and for Sales Kit.
Serve as liaison between sales manager & all clients.
All other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
H.S. Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred.
Position requires a minimum of 2 years of secretarial experience.
Skills and Abilities
Proficient for Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
