50% travel , giving you the chance to engage directly with our clientsTerritory:States AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, SC, TNReside within any of the States listed above. This position is based out of their home office when not travelingWhat We Offer:Benefits

Leads and manages direct reports consisting of consultant pharmacists for designated states within the district/territoryEnsures economical and efficient performance under guidance of PharMerica's goals, objectives and clinical operating budgetProvides timely report of financial and productivity information with accuracy for territoryMaintains good understanding of regulatory components specific to duties of direct reportsPerforms routine, standardized/objective reviews of performance of direct reportsEnsures timely and accurate billing submission for consulting servicesResponds timely to customer requests and attempt resolution to issues as a high priorityCommunicates effectively with customers, direct reports, management and other disciplines to enhance customer relationshipsParticipates in quarterly business reviews and other customer-centered meetingsProvides support to other departments as needed to address customer needs, requests and to enhance relationshipsMaintains open communication with direct supervisorOrganizes/conducts routine conference calls/webinars with direct reports to disseminate informationResponds timely and effectively to email and phone callsMaintains active pharmacist licensure, knowledge base of current industry standards and regulationsConducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standardsPerforms other tasks as assignedTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Advanced degree - BS in Pharmacy or PharmDAt least five years of direct experience as a consultant pharmacist or long-term care practicing pharmacist; Management experienceKnowledge of healthcare industry's trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsettersCommunication and leadership skills are imperativeExperience with Windows based software applications including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and AccessActive license to practice pharmacy in at least one state in the territoryDemonstrates the following behavior competencies: accountability, adaptability, analytical/problem-solving skills, communicative, flexibility, initiative/self-motivated, leadership, personal integrity
