This position is part of the Global Marketing Department located in Fargo, North Dakota, USA and will be fully remote. You will be a part of the global marketing team and report to the Sr. Director, Global Marketing responsible for developing and executing global marketing programs using a multi-channel, go-to-market strategy for Aldevron’s service and product portfolios.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Build and execute global marketing campaigns and tactical marketing plans for new and/or existing services and products by developing and deploying detailed playbooks with detailed target personas, a strong value proposition, clear messaging, and a detailed action plan

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and implement appropriate marketing content across multiple channels, including digital channels, web, video, print, presentation decks, white papers, and other communications to support marketing campaigns

Partner with Digital Marketing to create and maintain marketing automation pathways and account-based marketing programs

Partner with sales and business partners to deepen understanding of client journeys, analyze customer segments, competitors, business trends, and market opportunities

Act as a brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and communicating our message, voice, and values in all aspects of our marketing programs

The essential requirements of the job include:

Five or more years professional experience developing marketing content for the life sciences industry , preferably molecular biology or genomics industry.

BS Degree in Molecular Biology or similar discipline . Advanced degree is highly preferred.

Must have proven success in developing and successfully implementing marketing plans that includes content strategy framework. This includes experience in the development of brand awareness , messaging and measurement from inception to execution .

Deep technical understanding of molecular biology or gene therapy from a product perspective.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Additional desired competencies :

Process and metrics driven. Highly analytical with strong use of marketing tools and analytics.

Ability to work remotely with a global team .

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $ 135,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future .

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and Retirement Benefits to eligible employees.
