As a member of our People Financial Services organization within Global Financial Services, you'll report through the Sr. Manager of Global Payroll Operations, supporting the implementation of the innovative enterprise Human Capital Management system, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll.In this rewarding position, during implementation you will:Develop payroll test scripts, verify scenarios, and resolve defectsAnalyze, map, cleanse, and validate dataParticipate in Pay Compare testingUpon implementation you will transition to production support, with duties including but not limited to:Process production payrolls, including regularly scheduled on-cycle and ad hoc off-cycle runsMaintain and update employee records, including personal and banking information, tax withholdings, and other relevant details.Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax laws, and other regulatory requirementsAnalyze, audit, reconcile and resolve complex payroll processing and employee payroll issuesAs a key player on our Global Payroll team, you'll have the unique opportunity to contribute your expertise, drive innovation, and enhance the employee experience for Lockheed Martin's global workforce. Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:

9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $73,100 - $137,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
