As a member of our People Financial Services organization within Global Financial Services, you'll report through the Sr. Manager of Global Payroll Operations, supporting the implementation of the innovative enterprise Human Capital Management system, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll.In this rewarding position, during implementation you will:Develop payroll test scripts, verify scenarios, and resolve defectsAnalyze, map, cleanse, and validate dataParticipate in Pay Compare testingUpon implementation you will transition to production support, with duties including but not limited to:Process production payrolls, including regularly scheduled on-cycle and ad hoc off-cycle runsMaintain and update employee records, including personal and banking information, tax withholdings, and other relevant details.Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax laws, and other regulatory requirementsAnalyze, audit, reconcile and resolve complex payroll processing and employee payroll issuesAs a key player on our Global Payroll team, you'll have the unique opportunity to contribute your expertise, drive innovation, and enhance the employee experience for Lockheed Martin's global workforce. 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $73,100 - $137,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
