plays a crucial role in ensuring that our U.S. Payer/Insurer clients achieve greater value, insights and growth while using IQVIA’s data, analytics, and technology solutions and services. This role provides a well-balanced mix of client-facing engagement and internal oversight to ensure client deliverables are high quality and delivered on time.Join this growing team to support IQVIA’s Insurer & Risk clients in providing smarter, high-quality healthcare.Essential Responsibilities
Partners with clients to derive optimal value from IQVIA data, analytic, and technology solutions, ensuring a seamless flow of client requirements, training and implementation through the delivery process.Serves as project leader between the client and IQVIA – translates client needs into action plans with the internal service team (i.e. determines responsibilities and timeframes and negotiates resources with internal departments).Creates, maintains, and monitors the client service agreement across business lines, ensuring consistency in service.Performs full assessments of client needs on a regular basis.Provides in-depth training in IQVIA data and analytic deliverables and service requirements as needed.Partners with sales and account management to solution, price and deliver.May provide input into account growth and strategy.Work in partnership with Sales to assess client’s business gaps and requirements.Assist clients with creation and implementation of best practices.Support roll out, product use and adoption, inclusive of product training.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required7+ years’ related experience in the healthcare segment, preferably focused on data and analytic deliverables for the U.S. payer/insurer market2+ years’ experience as an IQVIA Client Success/Service Rep preferredExperience developing and delivering training to clientsIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
